I have an old timberlite 3 (15+ years old). The waterproofing on the underside is so sticky that it take two people to peel it apart when you set up the tent. Is there a way to wash it off and start over? Other than that, the tent is in perfect condition.

Thanks

Couple of quick question:

Have you tried giving it a regular wash in the back yard?

Does the waterproofing still work despite the bad condition?

I washed it off with a waterhose and it works fine. It's just annoying.
