Just started looking into doing a thru hike NOBO in a couple of years. Going to take my time and prepare properly for what I am about to do. I am looking into doing it on the run as much as I can. I have been reading alot in the last couple of weeks but have found nothing about anyone running the A.T. Looking for anyone who has done it or know anyone who has attempted it. I know that I cannot run all of it, but want to run as much as possible. Call me dumb for thinking it< but I love to run abd want to try it.
